Featuring a natural gray Dekton countertop with an under-glued sink and fixtures of the finest quality. The thoughtfully designed interior showcases gray oak veneer fronts, sleek black handles, LED lighting within drawers and display cabinets, and under-wall cabinet illumination. Fully equipped with integrated Miele appliances and a Temptech wine cooler.

LUXURIOUS BATHROOMS

Tailored specifically for Svartskard, the apartment’s bathrooms boast a comprehensive modern aesthetic with large tiles in a matte natural finish. Delicate interiors highlight gray oak veneer fronts and a Dekton black countertop, complemented by a ceramic washbasin and seamlessly integrated high-quality fixtures. Equipped with both a rain shower and handheld shower, a wall-hung toilet with a soft-close seat, and provisions for a washing machine and tumble dryer.

HEATING

Each apartment is equipped with water-borne underfloor heating sourced from an environmentally conscious geothermal heating system. This advanced heating infrastructure ensures a consistent and environmentally friendly warmth throughout the residences.

PARKING

Included in the purchase price is one garage space per apartment within the shared underground garage. These spaces will be formally registered as part of each unit’s additional amenities.

SKI EQUIPMENT STORAGE

Just 45 minutes north of Lillehammer, easily accessible from the E6, Kvitfjell boasts wide, lengthy trails catering to all levels. With 34 kilometers of alpine slopes cascading 854 meters in height, this serene haven offers tranquility and immaculately groomed trails, ensuring a hassle-free winter skiing experience. Discover year-round attractions: skiing in winter, and hiking and fishing during the warmer months.

SKIING

Coveted by alpine enthusiasts, Kvitfjell stands as a paradise with meticulously groomed slopes catering to varying skill levels. The eastern side features challenging slopes, hosting the annual World Cup downhill route. Nestled in the western expanse, this apartment offers access to a diverse terrain—a blend of runs suitable for all levels, a children's area, and a sprawling network of cross-country trails amidst picturesque landscapes.

Explore the newly developed Varden area, with leisurely blue slopes and a captivating forest section for both children and adults. From the Varden lift's summit, easily reach Skeikampen and Gålå, or opt for shorter trips to Skardbua and Fagerhøi.

HIKING

Many of the trails go in high mountain terrain, with views towards Rondane and Huldreheimen, while other trails go in forest terrain. The area has a rich and exciting flora and fauna, and many good fishing lakes. Through this beautiful mountain terrain, it runs approx. The 90 km long Peer Gynt path which offers good opportunities to go from place to place through Peer Gynt's Kingdom.

FOOD

Food enthusiasts flock to Kvitfjell for an array of dining experiences, from gourmet dinners to freshly baked treats and comforting beverages. Our eateries prioritize homemade quality, proudly standing as fryer-free zones. Tyrihanstunet is a must-visit, renowned for homemade lunch, a dedicated pizzeria, après-ski delights, Raclette evenings, and convenient home delivery. On the west side, Gondolen Fjellbistro offers a cozy atmosphere with home-cooked meals and beverages. Varden restaurant maintains an exceptional standard. Koia, an ancient log cabin on the east side, serves gourmet sausages and drinks—an ideal slope-side stop reminiscent of Austrian après-ski. Newcomer Fôr serves delightful lunch and exquisite 5- to 7-course dinners.

LOCATION. Conveniently positioned 45 minutes north of Lillehammer, easily accessible from the E6, and just a 4-hour drive from Oslo. From the E6 highway, take the exit at Fåvang and follow the directional signage guiding you towards Kvitfjell. Proceed towards Kvitfjell West. Once past the ski resort, follow Svinslåvegen for approximately 1 kilometer before turning right onto Svartskardvegen. Ascend this road toward the summit, passing under two ski bridges, and continue through a tunnel/culvert. The project is situated at the final turn just before the road concludes.
